Whilst you own the copyright for your individual site, all design templates offered by Pacific Palms Designs are copyrighted to us. Such designs are offered for use to Pacific Palms Designs customers for a single use only on the website developed by Pacific Palms Designs, and are not offered for sale or unbridled use.
If your website will be accepting payments for goods or services, you will be required to setup a third party Payment provider as instructed by Pacific Palms Designs. This means all payment details including shipping address and financials details are entered to your third party website. Pacific Palms Designs will not be liable nor will it be responsible for any payment errors, credit card theft, processing errors, and all matters relating your third Party Payment provider.
Matters regarding how to use your third Party Payment system is not supported by Pacific Palms Designs. For support you will need to contact your third Party Payment provider. This includes setting up bank withdrawals, refunds and other matters relating to your third Party Payment account.
